Career: Senior Supervisor in counseling, in charge of 140 counselors in the Galil Area. 95% of my counselors are woman.
Lecturer at Haifa University in training counselor, I teach a course” in Narrative Therapy.
Chairman of the commettee "Multi Cultural, and multi National Mediation” in the Psychological and counseling department Department.
The commettee deals with conflict resolution, and provides initial programs orientation, and skill building workshops .

Qualified trainer in conflict resolution, and trainer in "the narrative Therapy in a multi cultural society”. I participated in August 2002 at a conference in Chicago lecturing about the contribution of the Narrative Therapy in resolving conflicts between the Arabs and the Israelies .


Activities: Member at the vocational commette for Academic Education
in Haifa, also a member in several commettees that work to promote the Israeli Palestinian Dialogue.
I have the pleasure to work with Father Emil Shoufany and to be the person who has connected between Emil and Ruth Bar Shalev ,( the two persons who planned the trip to Aushvitz Polin in May 2003. The objective of the journey was to comprehend the jewish pain from the jewish perspective and to understand the jewish narrative in order to communicate on a human level.

Member with a group of 25 Jewish and Arab women who believe in the capacity and in the power of love , deep responsibility and commitment to give life. Our objective is to create a mutual thought and a shared language, to initiate actions in our society to impliment a new reality according to our vision.
